Since 2019, Vegetal Signals has been developing artificial intelligence algorithms to pre-symptomatically detect Mildew with a network of partner Châteaux.
The objective is to monitor the health of the vines in real time so that the winegrower can act in the vineyard and quantify the pressure of the vintage.

In 2021, in partnership with KUBOTA and Euralis, a network of 40 plots in Gironde is set up to monitor the quality of grapes during ripening. Four grape varieties are analyzed : Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.
The objective is to create models to monitor ripeness indicators in real time in order to optimize the harvest date and plot selections.
